FSCA became a designated Parent Link Centre.

Healthy families came under

Healthy Families came under the umbrella of Red Deer Family Services in June of 2002.

30th Anniversary

We celebrated our 30th Anniversary in 2001.

New name and logo

Red Deer Family Services took on a new name and logo in 1999, and the Agency joined all of the programs under one roof.

30 part-time employees

Rapidly growing, there were 30 part-time employees, 18 volunteers and a 16 member Board of Directors. Programs included Counseling, Homemaking Services, Family Life Education and a Group Foster home.

Two psychologists to bring the total counseling

A counseling wait list of 20 families resulted in the hiring of two psychologists to bring the total counseling staff to four.
