AREAS OF INTEREST - Festival
Please choose the area(s) that you are interested in. (We will do our best to place you in the area you have selected but there is no guarantee).
Activity Area - Interacting directly with children through fun activities and will be responsible for maintaining order and safety at your designated station. Face Painting - Use creativity to paint children's faces. Face Painters are required to have taken a face painting course (offered in Spring 2017) Festival Take Down - Includes taking down tents, tables, chairs, and cleaning up activity areas. Floater - Provide support where needed and relief to other volunteers. Performer - Please list the type of performer/performance you are. Snack Booth - Hand out and restock snacks.

A Police Record Search is required for potential volunteers who are applying for positions that are considered to have, or potentially have, interaction or contact with children, youth and other vulnerable groups. Volunteer placement is made on the basis of the program requirements, the skills, and experience of the applicant and, when appropriate, successful reference checks and a police record search.
You will receive an invitation to attend a volunteer orientation meeting.
