Building Incredible Babies
Building Incredible Babies is a free, in-home support program for individuals who are pregnant with their first baby. Our trained outreach workers provide personalized visits right in the comfort of your home, offering reliable information and compassionate guidance on pregnancy, childbirth, and infant care.
- Low-income
- Single parents
- Feeling isolated or lacking support
- Newcomers to Canada who may already have children, but are experiencing their first pregnancy in Canada

Educational & Virtual Cooking Groups
Groups available to Building Incredible Babies participants.
Participants will learn about a variety of topics such as:
- Nutrition
- Breastfeeding
- Making Baby Food
- Playing with Baby
Guest speakers are provided by various community agencies.
Cooking group provides:
- Opportunity for individuals to learn how to cook healthy, budget friendly meals.
