Gifts for Grandparents 2025
Gifts for Grandparents is back for its 17th year! Each holiday season, Family Services of Central Alberta collects donations to create gift packages for isolated seniors in our community — a small gesture that brings a lot of joy. This program wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of community members, businesses, schools, and social groups. Thank you for continuing to help us spread warmth and kindness year after year.
Wish List
Our requests have changed slightly over the years — we gratefully accept the following items:
Please keep donations to smaller, individual-sized items — large packages are difficult to include in the gift bags.
Donation Drop-Off Locations
Donations can be dropped off at any of the following locations:

FSCA staff and volunteers will also be at the November 28, Red Deer Rebels game collecting donations for Gifts for Grandparents. The Community Corner is located behind section B.
This year, more than ever, our seniors could use a little extra Christmas cheer. Thank you to everyone who donates, your kindness truly makes a difference.
