Building Incredible Babies Education & Cooking Drop in Groups

Education group you will learn about:
  • Nutrition
  • Breastfeeding
  • baby food making
  • infant massage
Guest speakers are provided by various community agencies. Breastfeeding is encouraged throughout the project. Moms who choose to breastfeed are supported in that choice by providing a grocery gift card to supplement their diet. Referrals to community breastfeeding support is also provided.
Cooking group provides:
  • Opportunity for moms to learn how to cook healthy, budget friendly meals. When available a registered dietitian will answer nutritional questions.
These groups provide moms with the opportunity to build their own peer network. Childcare & a snack are provided.
