Taming Worry Dragons
Taming the Worry Dragons is a 7-week anxiety education program that involves children and their parents/caregiver. During the program, the children work with a facilitator to improve on anxiety identification and reduction strategies. Parents will be together with a facilitator to help increase knowledge and understanding regarding anxiety, gain support and communicate about successes and struggles in supporting their child. Two age groups to choose from 5-7 yrs & 8-11 yrs.
No siblings please. This program is not designed for children with a diagnosis.
