Taming Worry Dragons

Taming the Worry Dragons is an eight week anxiety education program that involves children (aged 5-8) and their parents. During the program, the children work with a facilitator to improve on anxiety identification and reduction strategies. The parents attend a concurrent session facilitated by a family therapist, where they learn about the main perspectives on what anxiety is, where it comes from, and how to interne in a healthy way.  This program is not designed for children with a diagnosis.

Limited space available due to COVID-19 restrictions, we ask that only 1 parent attend with the child.

Registration is a 2 Step process.

Who is it for?
