ETC Training Division
Family Services of Central Alberta supports community agencies and businesses as well as individual’s
capacity building through the provisions of workshops and presentations through our ETC training
division. We offer a range of workshops which assist professional development, management services as
well as specialized courses for parents and children.

Facilitating Small Groups
Boundaries for the Self
Gain insight and skills to excel as a current or future manager
Introduction to fund development planning and strategies
5 day course will provide front-line staff with the foundation needed to support, guide and facilitate learning and growth with families in the community
Gain skills and knowledge to lead and work effectively with small groups
This is a workshop that covers several aspects of creating and maintaining healthy boundaries within the workplace as professionals, as well as integrated boundary development within our own individual lives through the practice mindfulness
