As some of you may have seen in the news or on Facebook the government is in the process of making funding changes to social services and children’s programs. We have received notice that the Provincial Government has canceled their current contracts with us (FSCA) as of March 31,2020. Children’s Services is re-designing their approach to service delivery and Family Services will be submitting a proposal for funding. If we are successful this funding will start April 1,2020. We will notify families as time goes as much as we can of how things are going, but until further notice it is business as usual. Please keep an eye on Facebook and our website, to see any changes that might come about. We appreciate all of your support and will look to all of our families in the coming months as we navigate this new path!
